Work Smarter Not Harder
Being a hard worker is definitely a good attribute to have. However, if you are overworking yourself that is far from a good thing! You need to find ways to work smarter instead of harder so that you have free time to spend with your loved ones and also enough time to practice self care when needed.
Sometimes the demands of daily life can be pretty overwhelming, and staring at your phone or computer screen all day certainly doesn’t help. Talk to your boss and see if working from home may be an option for you, and if not look for other opportunities in your area. You already spend enough time at work. Don’t add to that by spending hours driving there.
