It is a natural phenomenon that when we are looking at a screen, we blink less. When we do this, we allow more blue light to pass through our eyes. As a result, we become vulnerable to screen time and the negative effects are felt more deeply by our eyes.
So, when in front of a screen, blink more often. It will cut down the blue light exposure and also reduce the risk of dry eye syndrome.
Wear the right glasses
